This is the Broken

This is the broken sorrow.
It won't be gone tomorrow.
This feeling is here to stay,
To live another day.

This is the broken smile.
Tis' only the tile.
Hiding what is underneath,
Like flowers on the wreath.

This is the broken mind.
The thoughts were once kind.
Now lay collected in a heap,
That I am not able to keep.

This is my broken heart.
This is what you tore apart.
You have left it shattered,
Like it never mattered!

I only tell you this to wait and say,
To wait, For that day,
When all the pieces are back,
Back, Into this broken sack!
